it stands for true crime community, people who idolize/romanticize serial killers or murderers of any kind. (there are two parts of this community one part is the thing i mentioned but the second part is people who are just genuinely interested in crime and justice and that's fine as long as ur not being weird about it but whenever i say "tcc dni" i mean the glorifying killers part. they r weird and need genuine help)
